Aditi Kulshrestha, the founder of New Age Career Counselor Aditi Agency (NACCAA), is a Global Career Counselor and a Certified Career Analyst. Aditi has always been interested in understanding people, what motivates them and in bringing out the best in them.  She was the school topper in Psychology in the Boards of class 12 with a score of 99/100. She is a graduate of the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College for Women and holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology (specializing in Organizational Behavior) from the University of Delhi. 

The people whom she has counseled with respect to their careers have been very satisfied with her. She has even been invited as an expert on career counseling to give talks internationally.

Her diverse academic background includes a PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, certifications in Yoga and Face Yoga, and extensive experience in holistic health. With her entrepreneurial spirit, Aditi has successfully combined career counseling with holistic health coaching. However, she is not a therapist or a mental health counselor. She mainly works as a Career Counseling and Organisational Psychologist, as well as a Nutritionist & Holistic Health Coach and a Face Yoga Teacher. 

She brings a wealth of knowledge from multiple disciplines, guiding individuals in making well-informed decisions about their careers. By integrating productivity tools, nutrition, and yoga into her counseling, Aditi ensures that her clients excel in their professional and educational pursuits while maintaining balance in life. She focuses on ‘work-life-self balance’ in her counseling. 

Her counseling is "new age" in every sense, offering a forward-thinking, inclusive approach to career guidance that recognizes the unique needs of modern individuals in all their diversity.

She is a very compassionate and driven individual and will be there to support you in every step of your career journey!
